You have to enter an xforms string (which can of course contain manual ERT, but that's ugly) and yes, no insets e.g. (What precisely would you want to do with that BTW? Put a favicon into a TOC entry? I feel it's a rather theoretical restriction.) Anyway that's why it should be an inset containing an InsetText (But precisely what kind of inset? And how to restrict where you can put it / what you can put into it? And how does the section pick up the opt arg from within it?). Which I have timidly started to experiment with.
