iso8859-5 ISO encoding
cp866   DOS encoding
cp1251  Windows encoding
koi8-r  Unix encoding
koi8-u  Ukrainian encoding
pt154   Kazakh encoding
All it for cyrillic languages.
It is sorrow but it is true.

Are you steel need more info? It patch works for couple years
in our distro and I hope it does not any problem.
