Not really. Sometimes it happens even if you just enter a few words; definitely no undos/redos, just "simple" things. If you don't have the same problem, it might be another uninitialized variable (the fact that it happens only occasionally is another indicator). Doesn't the backtrace give any hint? Otherwise, I will run Purify to see what's actually going on. > BTW, your emails are now making it to lyx-devel. Great news. My ISP told me yesterday that the problem is/was supposed to be on the mailing list side. It seems like they have blocked access to avoid spam mail (I promise to send fewer and smaller bug lists in the future :-)) Michael
