Yes you're right I just verified ;) > latex always say > - oddsidemargin, which is left for one- and twoside (inner) > - evensidemargin, which is left for even pages in > twosidemode (outer) Well it's a nice explanation, but we only support custom margins with the geometry package! So if you tell me that defining the left/right margins in geometry is the same as defining inner=left/outer=right margin for a document with the activated twoside option, then we can just change the text if we are in a 2-side document, otherwise if we would have to include more latex stuff to support this then I'll would say put it on the feature/request list. Jug P.S.: I just reread my mail and I am writing definitevely too long phrases, well I hope you understand what I mean anyway ;) -- -._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._ Dr. Jürgen Vigna E-Mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Italienallee 13/N Tel/Fax: +39-0471-450260 / +39-0471-450253 I-39100 Bozen Web: http://www.sad.it/~jug -._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._-._ You shouldn't wallow in self-pity.
