Hi, if you don't know what to fix next, could you please have a look at the table bug which makes lyx crash if you append a column after the last column? It was still there this morning. I guess it is just a +-1 boundary problem...?
Moreover, I would like to export my PhD (at least the part that already exists :-)) to PDF again. Any new insights wrt this problem? If export works for your documents, I might send you a scrambled version of my (multipart) doc. John, IIRC you fixed the bug with clicking into the right half of an inset. Have you noticed that the problem still occurs if there is a footnote after the footnote? Seems like mouse clicks are handled at two different places in the code (duplicate code???)
