is the right fix for this to define a deleteAutoInsets() for InsetCollapsable

this is probably the same thing as # 458165.
I tried to look at this, but I couldn't see where it was happening. All the lyxtexts
are essentially re-created as far as I can see, by the tabular.C delete row code.
I'd love some pointers on this one !
