No I don't like the tristate thing. Why?

1. When I "inline" the inset the whole inset will be written in one line!
   Now if you have more paragraphs they will collapse into one paragraph
   in one line (this is not done yet but this will be done!)

2. Normally I only want to open/close the inset if I like it to be collapsable

So I will leave the 2nd mousebutton on the label from
"open collapsed inset"->"display inline inset", but then you may use
button 1 or 2 for "display inline inset"->"open collapsed inset"

This implies that you REALLY want it inlined and so ask for it clicking with
button 2 on the label!
