No, I meant "run ACTION-IF-FOUND only if the program is found."

It just performs the check if your latex is latex2e again.
It is redundant.

Is this a reasonable thing to do ? The size of tex is only 200k.
Anyway, even before my change this case wouldn't have been handled correctly.
