| I think the right thing to do would be to disallow the concept of a
| paragraph in ERT insets. Make both <cr> and C-<cr> insert a linebreak,
| and ditto for LyXfuncs paste and primary-selection-paste. Keep the
| linebreak marks -- they're useful for low-level stuff. If some really
| wants a new paragraph he should just use \par or a completely blank line
| because hey, he's talking to LaTeX.
