The following bugs (as reported by Dekel) should be fixed in current CVS:

// *- When converting from eqnarray*/align* to display math, the result is
//   a numbered equation.

// *- When converting from eqnarray/align with one label to display math,
//    the label is lost.

// *- After insertion of a matrix, the cursor position is outside the
// matrix.
