Oh that's easy. IMO the Apply/Ok buttons in the Character layout dialog should
only be disabled when all fields are on ignore. If one field isn't ignore then
it should ALWAYS be enabled!
Could you also have a look at the Custom-Font-Button crash reported by
Michael:
1. Open a new document and press the "font" button -> LyX crashes.
