No, this seems to be related to some specific files. FWIW those files are beamer slides. The first warning seems to be: Text.cpp (2126): Handling unknown body token: ` ' That seems to be that LyX is finding a whitespace where it should not be... It is weird because these files are created by LyX. How can I debug this? To find the file where this happens? And the second issue is related with a math formula. I have no idea is this is so unusual and what can we make about it. The issue that I have with both type of warning is why is this unusual and if there are anything that I could do to fix them.
