linuxdoc verbatim in lyx 1.1.6 and latest cvs

hi

last week i've been using lyx the first time with linuxdoc
but there are problems with verbatim environment: characters are (wrongly) quoted

i.e. ~, ^ are translated to \~{}, \^{}

looks like tex style?

should they be quoted at all?

also things like "&" are translated (to & ), but i dont know, if this corect, the 
html output looks fine

problem exists in lyx-1.1.6fix1,2 and in latest cvs
