You're not likely to convince anyone to allow a feature specifying 
point sizes :)  However, Lyx and Latex oth let you choose text 
attributes such as "arger" and "hugest" to handle this.

there are postscript utilities that do this.  In particular, I want to 
say that whatyou're looking for is "psbook".  I think I found it on 
debian many years ago.
