The intention was long ago to have a base LyXView and have child
classes for gui, lyx-server, no-gui, text etc.

I am planning to see if I can get the no-gui variant working.

Then we don't have to have the "gui" variable, but we just instiate(?)
NoGuiLyXView instead of XFormsLyXView.
