I propose to either add both "Open All" and "Close All" as long as we
get a +1 on lyx-users. I think those two options are intuitive in the
context menu. Although I understand the idea to try to compress two
options into one "toggle", I do not think the toggle option is
intuitive. If you agree with this proposal, I can ask on lyx-users. If
you disagree, let's continue discussion and hopefully someone else has
an opinion.
