Now that I have a HiDpi screen, I really feel the need to do

This trivial patch works pretty well with Linux/X11 :)
Could someone try it it with Windows/Wayland/macOS (with normal dpi or
HiDpi).
I will try a few cases myself, but I could use some help.
I do not see any difference on Windows with HiDpi.
What should be paid attention to?
In Linux with a 13.4" 1920x1200 display with x1.25 scaling, the icons
were
ridiculously small. With this patch, it magically looks good.
You mean the normal sized icons? That's surprising. With a similar
configuration, on Windows changes nothing. The normal size icons are
still too small, but chosing the large ones is simply a right click on
a toolbar.
Unfortunately, the toolbar icons aren't the only problem with HiDPI
screens on Windows (see attached screen capture). The icons of widgets
are very small too, e.g. the outliner icons. The tabs look a bit small,
too. Also for some reason the table-insert icon size does not increase
when setting larger sized icons. It's not a big problem working with LyX
that way but I think some fix would be nice.

Actually, I was wrong. Icon sizes in the outliner do change but only
after a restart of LyX. Maybe a bug?
