Shouldn't we change the whole format to a XML like one? If yes we should do
this rather now than later, you know people try this versions and we would
have to put compatibility code of compatibility code to read middle versions!

This is not possible (without greater work), the frame is drawn around the
InsetText (and InsetText does this), IMO we should have it outside the upper
left corner (and maybe we could also have it in the upper/right corner if
the enclosing paragraph is rtl).
I try to do this also today, but for ALL collapsable insets!
(I wanted to do this a long time as then we have more horizontal space
which is always important!)
