minipages cont'd

Things are getting better, but:
1. I do not seem to be able to start a document with a minipage.
2. Changing things in the minipage form has no effect.
I can insert the first minipage using the buffer command.
I can modify the .lyx file and get it right except that I don't know how
top, middle, bottom translate to lyxcode, but presume it has to do with
those obscure 0's and 1's :)
It would be nice if the |minipage| box was above rather than to the left
of the minipage.
