Normally in Bulgarian only the first letter of the sentence is a capital

I read for Bulgarian it was recommended to keep this also in the software
GUI. So I decided to leave all group names with small letter but all object
types with capital (as "float: Table", "note: ", "summery: Some_text" and so
on). This could be revised of course if someone else appears and has
different view.
The "Summary" string appears not in the form of "summary: Some_text" in the
middle of some sentence but as a title of math section (similarly as "Theorem
1",
"Theorem 2"), check the attached file. I was doubtful whether you wanted
that to be lowercase...
I found that the string "Summery" is used if you choose "Europass CV "
document class and insert
"Blue Item" then the "summery" frame appears in the text. The same
string is used if you choose
the module "Theorems AMS extended" and the string appears in the
environment drop down list.
So it is impossible to do both thing at the same time . . .
I will change this later. It is not so important anyway.
