I think the zooming in/out is a tricky issue. I bisected but I'm not
sure I found the correct commit. In any case, I think the issue is a
combination of a few different parts of the code, and we don't know what
the root problem is. Since I can reproduce the issue and have a "good"
version (where I can't reproduce) and a "bad" version (where I can
always reproduce), in theory I should be able to narrow down the
problem. But I don't think I'll find the time for this for a while.
