At the end of the last item in the itemize of a frame. e.g. at the end
of "and much more...". Here is a screencast:

The behavior I'm referring to happens quickly between seconds 5 and 6. I
can post the sequence of frames that I'm talking about in case it is not
clear in the screencast.
