know, just make sure that this is the problem.

Also, after a Spider Oak sync, can you check the properties of the .lyx
file. Do they change, compared to before a Spider Oak sync?

identical? How did you check?

I didn't check. I have no idea how to check.

I was just guessing what the cause might be since Spider Oak is the only other application that does something with the files I am using.
