I've been wondering when we want to do that, i.e., when we want to bump the format of 2.4. I've got a new feature of this type myself already and have been waiting.... It seems to me that we want to be sure that there are no further format changes that will happen in 2.3.x. Are we? I know we won't have new features, but sometimes there can be bugs that require lyx2lyx to fix, and that means a format change. So I guess I'd suggest we wait to commit any format changes to master until 2.3 is released. Any other thoughts? Richard
