Yes, that’s the way I’m trying to go. A small utility based on Qt to convert
SVG (or SVGZ) to PNG (or JPEG).
There is something that may have been stated but that I missed : why
don't we directly rely on theQt of LyX to do the conversion? I
understand that it is not good enough for all svg files in general, but
your qt-based solution will not be better. I do not see what a qt-based
exernal program will do that we cannot do internally.
