No need to remember, the link for xdg-open issues is right in the script. For the rest, I am not going to fanatically fight it but I indeed feel uneasy enough about the comprehesivness. Some parts what you write make sense. But if wine is the culprit, isn't the proper solution to put notepad at the end of the list in the first place? You say it earns spot of evince. Hot that implies the changes in dvi? etc. To sum up I let someone else commit and take responsibility for that :) Pavel
