Dear LyXers,

the patch below fixes http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/10502
"encodings cp858_ and pt254 not supported by iconv" removing their definitions.


Old LyX-documents using this encoding (that probably never worked) will
be treated like any document with unknown input encoding setting:
 
The encoding will automatically be reset to "auto" with a warning written to
the terminal.


File format change?

IMV, this cannot be improved with a file format change, hence we don't
need one.
