Which begs the question: Are the paper size and margin sizes properties
of the document or of the printing process? That is, where do these
settings really belong? Should the papersize be a part of the documents
attributes? Should they _only_ be in the Print dialog? Or at least
Print->Settings tab? Then the user could define their default papersize
etc. in Preferences and these are used for all documents -- to print some
other output they change the Print settings.
I'm sure plenty of people will want to print all sorts of different sized
documents or at least export them as pdf for screen display versus printed
postscript etc. So maybe we should instead merge Print and Export (not
necessarily needed though). Move Documents->Paper to Print->Paper and
record the printed page settings in the document -- it'd probably be
appropriate to allow a user the choice of saving a page setup (or even
having multiple sets of page settings for a given document).
