I'm inclinded to think that we should modify the Preferences dialog to
provide a choice of dvi2?? driver (made from the list of entries in
Dekel's file) but have an "Other..." or "Custom..." choice so people can
still have something to edit if they need it. Sure they could edit the
printer driver file but first they have to find it and then they have to
find out how to program it. At least Preferences has help text and it is
easy to find. Although I'm thinking we need to redesign the Printer
subpanel a bit better (a different arrangement rather than showing all
fields at once -- maybe more tabs?)
