Actually, it is an empty "SlideHeading" paragraph in slide 4.

I found the reason: luatex does not work with the "semrot" option.
Could you retry with the updated seminar layout on git?
After git pull and translation of your new edits, all is conforming to what is
written in the file.
Maybe you could add that option portrait empties the slides with pdflatex.
I've committed the updated French translation.
