I think this happened due to an update in the docs, not a change in LyX's export.
I get the error "Environment SCfigure undefined" but I'm not sure why.
If in the preamble I put
\setboolean{sidecap}{false}
(after the chunk that deals with sidecap)
the file compiles for me.
Any ideas on what we should do?
