No, the shortcuts do not depend on QT. Only the interpretation is.
But you mean probably mean: between
lyx2.2 with QT4 (old shortcuts)
and
lyx2.3 with QT5 (new shortcuts)
?
I run lyx-2.2.0 with Qt4, but it is published also with Qt5 (e.g. for Windows).
So it seems to me that I should compile 2.2.x against Qt5 to test shortcuts
conflicts and forget about Qt4.
