True, but that is
1.) a workaround and not a real cure
2.) we have to check _many_ dialogs
3.) forces lot of translation changes.

For translators it is difficult to simultaneously check shortcut clashes for 
menu _and_ dialog.
It is hard enough if you check the dialog only.
