Günter, I think we should go with the patch you posted that contained the new layout file. Although I think you would prefer updating the layout, hopefully you agree that we made progress on the discussion and at this point it is more important to get 2.2.0 out the door than wait for the discussion to conclude. All the other 2.2.0 issues are now resolved so this is the last one. Please go ahead and commit the needed changes. The file format change is OK. Thank you very much for all of your investigations and ideas on this topic. I really appreciate the time you spend and I think that we made some great progress on the discussion. Scott
