Yes, and we are now already discussing this for more than 2 months. I
don't understand why so much time is necessary to come to a decision.
There is a reason we have not come to agreement in the past
5 years---it is difficult. It is a complicated debate, as you can see
from the thread I linked to above.
For me it doesn't appear very complicated. There are more or less 2
possible solutions. We have to decide in favor of one and then fine-tune
this one.
This decision is not forever, I mean we can switch to another one in
case problems arise during the 2.2.x life cycle.
