It is a pity that we could not avoid wasting of time and ressources... I actually like my lately posted patch more than this version: * shorter acmsiggraph0-92.layout (by "Input" of acmsiggraph.layout) * obsoletion warning in the labels of non-supported styles in the old layout and placing them in an "Obsolete" group. * Fix "intitle", so that no ERT \maketitle is required (tested with old and new documents, with and without teaser figure) * Corrected "teaser" label (it's a figure (with caption), not just an image). But see also below. > Is this OK to go in or what else do I have to do? The problem is, that the new section in the Development.lyx file is a draft that is not finally agreed on. Especially, the jury is out whether a new *.cls version with same name merits a separate new *.layout file or should rather be handled by updating the existing layout. Reconsidering, I prefer to update the existing layout: * This can be done in a way that the updated layout is also usable as local installed one in older LyX versions. * The downside is, that adding styles to a layout requires a file format update. The full rationale is on my post to "aastex6 patch" from today. Günter
