whenever they want.
If the translators know where to look for the files, they are not
personal anymore. Just move them to lib/doc, don't be shy. They won't be
distributed within the tar.gz anyway.
Actually, I would be really glad to get rid of these attic/ directories,
since they pollute "git grep" searches.
