My suggested scheme would be :

Return - "default" safe choice - "Cancel" for Print, "Insert" for FormCitation (it can 
be undone)

Alt-<letter> - for those buttons begininng with "<letter>" - this is the visual 
feedback one

Esc - for cancel, standard accelerator
