Dear Uwe, dear LyX developers,

looking at the latest changes in Math.lyx, I see

1. The protected space before the button-icons replaced by an ordinary space.
This may lead to line breaks before the icon, e.g.

     ....... ....... ... ......... .... den Werkzeugleistenknopf
     [TeX] oder den Menüeintrag.

   is this intended?

2. The size set to 12pt. This is better than my idea of scaling, but I
recommend using a measure that changes with the font size:

         \begin_inset Graphics
                filename ../../images/math/vphantom.svgz
                lyxscale 14
        - height 12pt
        + height 1em
         \end_inset

(of course also for the other svgz icons). This keeps the size if the
font size is kept at 12pt¹ but adapts, if a user wants a different size
and is hence the "right thing to do" here.

¹which is actually a bit larger than the letter-height so that line
spacing is increased before lines containing a toolbar icon.

3. Many icons inset using a secial info inset (where is this inset
   documented?)

Unfortunately, many of these icons have the wrong size in the PDF:
either too large [math-insert \leq] or too small, or with content
   non-centered and partly invisible [ert-insert].
