It depends upon what kind of change is involved, I suppose. But several
people have commented on this change, including (among others) me,
Georg, and Scott. The consensus seems to be that removing support for
metafile2eps is a mistake.

Why do you need to make this particular commit, and the one it amends,
to produce an installer for alpha2?
