In this context, "fixed" does not mean "corrected", but "accepted as
expected behaviour". We actually want to change the expected output:

Fazit: we need to change the version of the generated test result
"test-inset.lyx.lyx", but to a version that that keeps the
differentiation between MINUS SIGN BELOW and MACRON BELOW. This version is
generated after fixing tex2lyx/text.cpp
