Why is the sentence "Stable Branch is Closed" so difficult to understand? If you included this changed file in the installer then the installer is _not_ LyX 2.1.3. I think we neeed a fully automated generation of binary packages (triggered by the release manager), otherwise this discussion will be repeated again and again. Georg
