I grabbed the new tarball and prepared the installers:

I also fine-tuned the status21 file a bit.
What is about the Japanese beamer example file? It is not part of the tarball?
I forgot to add it to the Makefile. You can release a new version if you
like with it included. I may do the same, but after the official release.
