I see no reason to delay the release any further. LyX 2.1 actually should have been released long ago. All (potential) problems you list can be fixed in the maintenance phase. There is only one really urgent bug (#9049), but we have way too less information to debug it. Also, I think it is the release manager's job to fix the release date, and I fully support Vincent's decisions. I have nothing more to say. I do not see the need to raise a fundamental discussion about LyX 2.1 release at this point. Jürgen
