It's not a button, it's a choice from the combo box e.g.

Margins : --------------------
          | Default          | 
          | A4 small margins |
          | A4 v. small ...  |
          | A4 v. wide...    |
          | Custom           |
          --------------------

selecting the last item would enabled the value boxes.

BUT, thinking about it, this won't work will it ? Is it the case that if I
select v. small margins, and then specify the left margin, the other
margins are taken from the v. small sizes ?

If so, I think you're right then.
