Currently, the features required by unicodesymbols entries (such as "textcomp", "tipa") are not loaded.
Try for instance to view the UG. I get errors such as ! LaTeX Error: Command \texttimes unavailable in encoding T1. Since the problem is also in Encoding, this might be related to the cause of the compilation problem I just reported. Jürgen
