I want to use sub-figures in a siggraph teaser. I'll repeat a third time what I said in my original post and in my previous reply: To use sub-figures I need to use a float inside the teaser. The siggraph template doesn't support that, and the result is incorrect, and I need to resort to embedding inside a box mini page. In order for that to work, I need to set the box width to 207% column width (or less than 100% page - it doesn't matter), and lyx interface doesn't cope well with it. If you don't deem this problem worthy, as I said in my original post, it's okay, I can manage by shrinking the mini box when I want to edit the caption, or embed an external eps. Both solutions work, but they are cumbersome. That's my feedback to your pleasure.
