Richard, I have pushed in some work towards this. I hope I didn't step on yout toes. If you have started to work on this already yourself, please feel free to completely ditch mine. I just wanted to have something in order to star with beamer revision, as long as I still have some time left. In any case, some review would be very much apprecitated. Jürgen
