It's the most important technical university in Italy, the Politecnico di Milano: http://www.english.polimi.it/where/ Usually the conference is held in Italian, because it's already difficult to collect ~50 people this way, English may be a barrier for someone. However most students understand English, and I may discuss the thing with my association, since foreign students may compensate. I'd be glad to organize a developer meeting, maybe the next day. And if you're interested and I've time I can also organize a visit in some nice place nearby. Ale
