  I tested and still no output. I noticed that the debug output is richer so
I am sending again the report updated.

  I had open a new document, typed every key in the number pad area,
including enter (as you can see) and exited after that.

  I looked for forms.h and I am using 0.88 fixlevel 1. I don't have any
problem changing to 0.89.x but I am insisting since 0.88 is still one of the
recomended versions. I hope this helps.
